Blog Affair: SquareSpace v. WordPress
Sunday, April 15, 2007 at 11:34AM
If I've been distant lately, since my last post on March 1st [Judith Regan], it's because I've been, well...straying. I don't want to say cheating, exactly, but I've been thinking about it. I probably crossed the line on March 12th.
On April 10th, I got caught. My associate of almost three years was confused, totally caught off guard, discovering me where maybe I shouldn't have been, but he was direct, supportive, honest. He called me out, and brought me back.
We're still making up, working on our blogging relationship here on Squarespace.com -- communication is key. I thought I had to go somewhere else to find what I was looking for, and it was right here all along. Over the next week, I'll transfer relevant posts from my time away on Wordpress.com back here. I am not sure if the Feedburner feed will pick up the back-dated posts, so we'll see how it goes...
Moving forward, exciting changes & updates coming...

In regards to your feed, Feedburner should publish any new posts and mark them as unread in a subscriber's feeder, regardless of the date. I'm 99.9% sure on this -- it may not be instant though as Feedburner only pings your site every half hour.
Hope this helps!
