Mid-Life Crisis, Continued

I wrote my Coffee Blog at Barnes & Noble this morning, enjoying my FREE Cheesecake Factory
CUPCAKE with a cup of coffee (B&N Coupon good thru 5/7), so life is really not all bad.
Still on edge today. Life just gets more and more complicated. But I still want to keep to short posts because I'm working on my novel, 100 to 200 words per day (on the blog) is enough!
Today, I'm thinking about two things (well, on top of the hundred or thousand other little thoughts and concerns scurrying around my brain like cockroaches...no, like caterpillars, because some of them could turn into butterflies, and I am trying very hard to stay positive and optimistic -- Tigger, rather than Eeyore -- in the midst of my friend's terminal illness and my own mid-life crisis (six months early because I don't turn 40 until the end of October).
That's already 200 words, so the two quick thoughts, more for discussion tomorrow and Friday -- feel free to join in:
1) Embracing our personal challenges
2) Midlife Myths
More tomorrow...

:) Looks like you are taking the energy and using it well. :)
Having been thru a time of change, which we all live thru in varying degrees I wrote this to help others, since it seems to me, this isn't a time to worry about, instead to turn it all around and let it be as beautiful as anyone can make their life be. To celebrate and encourage our nature rather than suppress our nature...
Etc :)
